Technopolis Chooses Rillion for Accounts Payable Automation
A major system overhaul in the middle of the corona lockdown was delivered on time – with Rillion as the shared invoicing solution across 7 countries.
Technopolis leases and operates high-quality office environments. The journey began in Oulu, Finland in 1982 in an old dairy building, and today the company offers modern offices at 11 locations in seven countries, with turnkey services such as reception and cleaning.
Technopolis carried out a major system overhaul, migrating from Microsoft AX to Dynamics 365, covering a wide range of financial systems, its banking system and a new CRM system. Rillion was chosen to deliver the invoice, contract and document management solution.
The rollout was completed in spring 2020, just as the coronavirus pandemic forced the entire project onto remote work – thanks to good communication, planning and guidance, the project was still delivered on time.
