Renta automates the entire purchase-to-pay process with Rillion

The Finnish equipment rental company Renta needed streamlined purchasing and invoicing processes to keep pace with rapid business growth. The organization wanted transparent purchase-to-pay flows, particularly around equipment purchases.

Renta implemented Rillion's SaaS platform, which combines invoice processing with contract management. Equipment purchases are routed through pre-approved, category-specific budgets directly in the system.

Renta Group Oy, which has existed since early 2016, achieved revenue of over EUR 45 million already in its second year of operation, and is pursuing a digital and dynamic modernization of the industry.
