Planet Huse takes the next step with automated invoice processing

PLANET Huse, Denmark's largest producer of holiday homes, processed around 8,000-10,000 invoices a year and needed an automated system for invoice processing.

The choice fell on Palette from Document People – partly because the system could be adapted for the group's German entities, which run holiday parks and keep their books in German.

"We are very pleased with the system. It provides great value for the PLANET Group, since all employees have access and can find old invoices themselves. There are no longer paper invoices piling up on the shelves. We have 2 approvers on every invoice and can now see if bottlenecks arise. In bookkeeping, we clearly notice less strain from manual data entry," says Jette Andersen, Accounting Manager.

Employees across Denmark can approve invoices from their phone, automatic data extraction minimizes input errors, and PLANET Huse plans to expand with Palette Expense for handling expense receipts.
