The Nordic region's major construction group now processes 15,000 more invoices a year with the same staffing.
Peab is a leading Nordic construction and property development group with 15,000 employees and net sales of USD 7.75 billion, listed on NASDAQ and headquartered in Förslöv on the Bjäre peninsula in southern Sweden.
Peab evaluated several system vendors during 2016 and chose Palette (today Rillion) for its superior functionality and proven integration with the existing Vitec system. The company needed features for accruals and amount limits, which were standard in Palette's solution.
"We quickly found that Rillion would become our next system," says Özlem Sener, system manager at Peab. After process optimization and the removal of manual tasks, Peab now runs significantly more efficiently and uses Rillion's CSM service (Customer Service Manager) for tailored support.
