Lindström implements invoice management and purchasing internationally

Lindström Group, one of Europe's largest textile services companies, wanted to standardize its accounts payable processes globally with a modern, scalable solution – with a need for consistent measurement across the countries the group operates in, as well as better reporting.

The company implemented Rillion's invoice solution in 13 countries, with rollout to Germany, Croatia and Poland planned ahead of a global expansion. The purchasing module is also being extended to at least six countries in addition to Finland.

Alongside the Rillion implementation, a shared way of working was established across the group, making it possible to measure performance between countries in real time. A consolidated reporting dashboard brings key figures together across the entire organization and supports process monitoring and continuous improvement.
