Hartela automates the purchase-to-pay process

Hartela is a Finnish, family-run construction company founded in 1942, specializing in residential, commercial and industrial construction with around 600 employees spread across multiple job sites.

Five years before the implementation, Hartela had centralized its administration into a single service center handling payments, accounts payable and receivable, and accounting. In 2019, the company began looking for software to automate the entire purchase-to-pay cycle.

Hartela chose Rillion (then Palette Software) for full automation of purchase-to-pay – including invoice processing, purchase order matching and contract management. The solution provided mobile capabilities and real-time tracking at job sites with extensive reporting.
