Coor Service Management was founded in 1998 and is one of the Nordic region's leading facility management providers, operating in Sweden, Norway and Denmark within areas such as property administration, energy optimization and security systems. Annual revenue is around SEK 7,500 million, with approximately 7,000 employees.

The company struggled with an unstable, outdated invoicing system that required constant adjustments and could no longer keep pace with growing operational demands.

In November 2017, Coor implemented Palette (today Rillion) to automate the entire purchase-to-pay flow – with digital approval flows, contract management and purchase order matching.

"Rillion had a clear and realistic project plan; you could feel their experience with projects of this size and complexity," says Eva Petré Rege, Head of Accounting at Coor Service Management. "The invoice flow in Rillion clearly shows where invoices come from and what status they have – incredibly useful at financial close. The system is self-learning; we no longer reinvent the wheel every day, which frees up time for other priorities."
