Clas Ohlson Automates the Accounts Payables
100,000 invoices a year across five countries – with a three-way integration where it's impossible to pay incorrectly.
Clas Ohlson is a well-known Swedish retail chain with around 200 physical stores spread across five countries. The company began invoice automation after replacing a 30-year-old finance system.
The rollout happened in phases: England in 2016, followed by Norway, Finland and Germany in 2017, and finally the largest rollout in Sweden in May 2018.

The seamless three-way integration between Rillion and Microsoft AX has automated the purchase-to-pay processes and significantly reduced the need for manual matching, and Clas Ohlson is now planning to extend the automation to indirect purchasing and contract matching.
