Bravedo automates and develops with Rillion
64 companies across 9 countries brought their invoice flow together and cut circulation time from 16 to 4 days.
Bravedo, founded in 1999, is a Finnish multi-industry group with revenue of EUR 245 million (2015 figures), operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Russia, Poland, Spain and Belgium.
Bravedo needed automation to support rapid growth. The previous invoice solution was outdated and couldn't keep pace with expansion across 64 companies – a modern, flexible solution built on current technology was needed.
The changes were rolled out simultaneously across all companies, centralizing financial administration. The solution includes Rillion's contract module, which automatically matches recurring invoices with contracts without manual intervention.
The result was a reduction in invoice circulation time from 16 to 4 days, transparent processes with clear reporting, and visibility into workload right down to the individual level. The savings are estimated at several hundred thousand kroner over five years, and Bravedo plans to expand to mobile case handling and the Swedish companies.
