Full control over invoices at Björn Axén

Björn Axén, a long-established health and beauty company with five business areas across four locations, modernized its internal processes to increase efficiency. The company faced challenges in the manual handling of supplier invoices, and automated the process in 2012 with what was then called Palette Software (today Rillion, after the name change in May 2022).

Previously, accounts payable received paper invoices that circulated around the organization for coding and approval – often the invoices went directly to the responsible manager, who forwarded them to accounts payable. This created confusion about where an invoice was, and invoices could sit on desks for a long time until a reminder arrived from the supplier.

Today, Björn Axén has full visibility into where an invoice is, who is responsible for approving it, and when it's due – through Rillion's automatic invoice processing and approval flow.
