Accountor: "Rillion is so much more than a system"

Accountor delivers accounting, HR services and business advisory to customers ranging from large property companies to smaller businesses across many industries. The company operates ten offices in Sweden, has a presence in five further countries, and employs 2,500 people.

Accountor moved to Rillion's cloud-based invoicing solution to be able to deliver faster software updates to its customers, without manual update procedures and the associated consulting costs – a transition that further strengthened the partnership with Rillion.

"The partnership is absolutely essential for us. Rillion is at the core of what we do every day," says Erika Gardelin, team leader. Accountor has calculated that efficiency in invoice processing has improved significantly, with a reduction of four minutes per invoice – for property companies receiving thousands of invoices a month, that adds up to major time savings.

The organization wants to free up resources for more qualified advisory work, particularly within data analysis, and sees growing demand for AI-supported bookkeeping to further streamline invoice processing. Erika highlights the value of Rillion Analytics for purchasing analysis: "It becomes easier to identify bottlenecks and discrepancies in the invoicing processes."
